We don’t stack discounts. If you’re a senior using the courtesy rate, that’s your active offer for that visit. We don’t do percentage-off gimmicks on top of already-fair pricing. And we never inflate a quote to make a “discount” look bigger. The price we write is the price the job actually costs, minus whichever standing program you qualify for.
Our photo record, background-checked technicians, and nine-brand motor expertise come standard on every visit. These aren’t premium add-ons reserved for full-price customers. Under Clause 4 of the Haven Standard, every homeowner gets the same documentation Adrian developed on commercial access-control sites starting in 2014.
Why We Don’t Do Flash Sales
Adrian’s seen the “48-hour only” emails from other gate companies. The countdown timer resets, the “only 3 slots left” never hits zero. We don’t do that. Our offers run through December 31, 2026, because your gate doesn’t break on a marketing calendar. When the LiftMaster arm snaps in July or the FAAC control board throws an error code in November, the same programs apply.

Does the seasonal tune-up include parts if something’s broken? The tune-up covers labor for inspection, adjustment, and lubrication. If we find a failed component, we’ll show you the issue, quote the repair separately, and wait for your approval before replacing anything.
